1. The price for parking periods shall be calculated in 24-hour intervals and in accordance with the current general rate.<\/p>\n
2. The parking service at our locations consists of the storage of a vehicle with a single entry and exit, governed by the dates contracted in the booking.<\/p>\n
3. We offer a long-stay subscriber parking service. You may check rates and conditions by writing to reservas@clickparking.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n ** Only bookings with a long-term rate may enter and remove the vehicle within the contract rental period. <\/p>\n DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP<\/p>\n 4. The parking, payment, and vehicle deposit contract is made directly with the company's staff.<\/p>\n 5. It is essential to provide contact details and flight information in the event of requesting drop-off and pick-up at the airport, hereinafter referred to as the valet service.<\/p>\n 6. ClickExpressParking will provide a receipt at the time of the vehicle's drop-off, which must include the following details:<\/p>\n a. Date and time of vehicle drop-off 7. ClickExpressParking is not responsible for the client missing their flight if they arrive late for their appointment. The client must arrive with sufficient time to complete the deposit contract. This consists of a simple procedure to check the condition of your vehicle and record the mileage to ensure that your vehicle will only travel the necessary kilometers. If the client does not wait for this contract to be completed, they will be deemed to agree with the one completed by our staff.<\/p>\n 8. ClickExpressParking reserves the right to cancel bookings for vehicles that are in noticeably poor condition, as well as in situations of well-founded doubt regarding the solvency of the depositor.<\/p>\n 9. The collection of the vehicle will only be permitted upon presentation of the receipt or proof delivered when depositing the vehicle. In case of loss of the receipt, it will be necessary to present documentation proving ownership of the vehicle.<\/p>\n 10. All vehicles that can be driven with a category B driver's license will be admitted. Mopeds are excluded. Trailers and vehicles without automotive traction are not accepted. 11. On the day of collection, the client will have up to 2 hours to pick up their vehicle; after these 2 hours, an extra day of storage will be charged.<\/p>\n 12. For vehicle collections outside the office's commercial hours, the client will agree on the exact time of the service in advance, with an extra cost of \u20ac50, provided that the operation permits it. In the event of not being able to wait until the client's required time, the vehicle must be collected the following day with the payment of an additional day of parking.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n PAYMENTS<\/p>\n 13. Payments: All payments must be made with VISA or Mastercard. AMEX, DINERS, or EC-CARTE cards or cash will not be accepted.<\/p>\n 14. In case of collection outside the dates agreed upon and already paid for in the booking, it will be necessary to pay for these according to the current general rate in order to collect the vehicle.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DAMAGES AND DEFECTS<\/p>\n 15. The depositor will be required to remove non-fixed and removable accessories. ClickExpressParking will not be responsible for the loss or theft of these.<\/p>\n 16. The client will hand over the key to their vehicle only to authorized staff. ClickExpressParking is not responsible for the loss or damage of any key other than the one indicated, remote control, or other objects on the keychain.<\/p>\n 17. ClickExpressParking reserves the right to move vehicles in case of extreme necessity or for internal operations.<\/p>\n 18. By signing the receipt, the client accepts the inspection of the car's pre-existing damages.<\/p>\n 19. The client will enable the inspection of the vehicle by ClickExpressParking staff in their presence. This will be carried out by means of a photographic report of the vehicle and a receipt, hereinafter referred to as the Damage Sheet.<\/p>\n 20. The client is responsible for reviewing the entirety of their vehicle (exterior and interior) and claiming, if necessary, at that very moment to ClickExpressParking staff if they detect any damage or anomaly.<\/p>\n 21. ClickExpressParking will be responsible for damages not recorded in the damage sheet or the photographic report that exceed 10.00 cm in size in the case of dents or scratches, or failing that, that are susceptible to being identified by photograph.<\/p>\n 22. ClickExpressParking will not be responsible for any mechanical failure or hidden defect of the car. 23. Click Express Parking is not responsible for possible discharges of the vehicle's battery due to prolonged parking.<\/p>\n 24. The vehicle deposited by the client is guaranteed against theft or fire through a civil liability policy contracted by ClickExpressParking S.L. The conditions for the valuation and execution of said guarantees are those established in said policies.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n EXTRA SERVICES<\/p>\n 25. The company makes the following listed services available to the client during the agreed stay of the vehicle; these are subject to availability and prior quotation. a. Previously booked spaces may only be cancelled or modified with 24 hours' notice.<\/p>\n 27. The amount of cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the date of vehicle deposit will generate a 50% refund.<\/p>\n 28. The amount of cancellations made with less than 2 hours before the date of vehicle deposit will not generate a refund.<\/p>\n 29.
