BOOKING and PRICE
1. Parking stay prices will be calculated in 24-hour periods and based on the current general price rates.
2. The parking service at our locations comprises storage of a vehicle with a single entry and exit in accordance with the dates stipulated in the booking.
3. We provide a long-stay subscription parking service. Rates and conditions can be consulted by contacting reservas@clickparking.es or www.clickparking.es.
DROP OFF AND PICK-UP
4. The parking contract, payment and vehicle drop off are done directly with the company's personnel.
5. Contact details and flight information must be provided for airport drop off and pick-up, hereinafter “valet parking service”.
6. ClickExpressParking will provide a receipt when the vehicle is dropped off, which must contain the following information:
a. Date and time of vehicle drop off
b. Date and time of vehicle pick-up
c. Vehicle identification
d. Owner and vehicle depositary information
7. ClickExpressParking is not responsible for customers missing their flights if they are late for their appointment. Customers must arrive sufficiently early to execute the storage contract. This is a simple procedure to check the condition of your vehicle and record the mileage, to ensure that your vehicle will only travel the necessary distances. If customers do not wait for this contract to be executed, they consent to the contract drafted by our personnel.
8. ClickExpressParking reserves the right to cancel bookings for vehicles in visibly poor condition, and in situations where there are serious doubts concerning the depositary’s
solvency.
9. Vehicle pick-up shall only be permitted upon presentation of the receipt or voucher handed over when the vehicle is dropped off. If lost, documentation proving vehicle ownership must be shown.
10. All vehicles that can be driven with a type B driving licence, excluding mopeds, shall be permitted.
11. On the pick-up day, customers have up to 2 hours to collect their vehicle. Afterwards, an extra day of parking will be charged.
12. For vehicle pick-ups outside office hours, customers will agree in advance the exact time of the service. The extra cost for this is €40 provided that the operator so allows. If waiting until the customer’s requested time is not possible, the vehicle must be picked up the following day, and an extra day of parking must be paid for.
PAYMENTS
13. Payments: All payments must be made using VISA or Mastercard. AMEX, DINERS or EC-CARTE cards and cash will not be accepted.
14. If a vehicle is picked up outside the agreed dates and has been paid for when the booking was made, payment for the extra days (at the current general rate) must be made to collect it.
DAMAGES and DEFECTS
15. The depositary must remove non-fixed and removable accessories. ClickExpressParking will not be responsible for the loss or theft of these.
16. Customers will hand over the keys of their vehicles only to the authorised staff. ClickExpressParking is not responsible for the loss or damage of any other key except for the key indicated, key fob or other key chain items.
17. ClickExpressParking reserves the right to move vehicles should an urgent need arise or for internal operations.
18. By signing the receipt, customers consent to a review of any pre-existing vehicle defects.
19. Customers will allow ClickExpressParking staff to review the vehicle in their presence. This shall involve a photographic report for the vehicle and receipt, hereinafter the Damage Report Sheet.
20. ClickExpressParking will be responsible for damages not included in the damage report sheet or in the photographic report that are larger than 10 cm in size for bumps or scratches, or, failing that, which can be identified photographically.
21. ClickExpressParking will not be responsible for any vehicle mechanical failures or latent defects.
22. No responsibility is assumed for possible draining of the vehicle’s battery due to prolonged parking.
23. Vehicles that customers drop off are guaranteed against theft or fire under a civil liability insurance policy taken out by Click Express Parking, S.L. The valuation and implementation conditions for said guarantees are as established in said policies.

24. The company makes the following services listed available to the customer during the agreed vehicle stay. These are subject to availability and a prior price quote.

OPENING HOURS AND LOCATIONS
25. The following locations are available to customers for booking parking spaces:
Palma de Mallorca Airport:
a. Opening hours: 7 AM to midnight

c. Vehicles will be dropped off in our office next to the airport located at Polígono Son Oms, C/ Camp Franc 2, Palma.
For your return pick-up, take our courtesy shuttle bus by exiting the arrivals terminal between gates B and C. Then, take the moving walkways towards the Parking lot. After passing the taxi rank, our courtesy shuttle bus will be waiting for you on the right-hand side.
Valencia:

f. Vehicles are dropped off in our office next to the airport located at Antic Camí de Xest 5, 46930 Quart de Poblet, Valencia.
For your return pick-up, our courtesy shuttle bus picks up clients at the Meeting Point in Parking Lot P6. When leaving the terminal, follow the terminal walkway on the left for 150 metres. There are signs for “P4 P6”. Continue to the end of the terminal. A covered walkway will take you to Parking Lot P6 where you will find our courtesy shuttle bus.
Alicante:

i. Vehicles will be dropped in our office next to the airport located at Carretera CV 852 del Aeropuerto a Torrellano, 03320 Elche.
For your return pick-up, take the lift or moving walkways to floor -2 of the airport.
Exit the terminal and follow the walkway to the left where the bus stops are. Our courtesy shuttle bus can be found on platforms 1 - 5.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
26. Parking spaces booked in advance can only be cancelled or changed 24 hours in advance.
27. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the vehicle drop-off date will receive a 50% refund.
28. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the vehicle drop-off date will not receive any refund.
29. To change or cancel a booking, customers must contact ClickExpressParking by email reservas@clickparking.es
